Own Your Interview is designed for professionals who want focused, personalized preparation for a specific interview opportunity.

MJP begins individualized review and preparation after the 24-hour post-purchase refund hold has ended. You may complete your intake and upload requested materials during that period, but MJP will not begin résumé review, job-posting review, intake review, employer or role research, or customized preparation until the 24-hour hold has closed.

You will complete a private intake form and submit your résumé, job posting, and relevant background information. After intake, you will receive instructions for scheduling your coaching session.

You will need your current résumé, the job posting or role description, and information about your experience, interview goals, and target opportunity.

Your coaching package must be completed within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Remaining unused services may be transferred to another opportunity within your original 30-day service window. Completed preparation and sessions remain used and will not restart.

Rescheduling requires at least 36 hours’ notice. Refund eligibility depends on whether preparation or coaching has begun. Please review the full Terms of Service for complete details.

No. Coaching provides personalized preparation, strategy, practice, and feedback, but interviews, advancement decisions, and employment outcomes remain outside MJP’s control.
